6-month Ongoing Care Plans.
If your intake form or blood work indicates underlying problems, you will be recommended to go into a ongoing care plan to support you on your journey to parenthood. Choose between a Clinician only Plan or a Premium Care Plan.​

Hormones play a big role in fertility and pregnancy support. Treatment - especially for hormones - can take 6 months or longer to get into optimal ranges.
Initial Assessment
Our Initial Assessment was designed to help you get a comprehensive understanding of your body, hormones, and health status while working under clinicians trained in fertility, functional medicine, and reproductive health care.

In the Initial Assessment, you can speak with the clinician about your reproductive health concerns, fertility, and blood work. Your clinician will identify if there are issues that need treatment or further fertility testing, or if everything is looking good.
​
The Initial Assessment will provide you with the understanding of whether you could benefit from an ongoing care plan and what type of care you may wish to pursue.
Ongoing Fertility Care
Clinician-Only Fertility Care Plan
6-month plan

Clinician appointments every other month to check in and ensure your making progress in your care, that your hormone levels are getting into optimal ranges, and speak with about any other concerns.

If you already are working with a nutritionist and fertility coach, then a clinician only plan may be a good option for you.
Premium Fertility Care Plan
6-month plan
Work with a full care team to support you on your journey into becoming parents.

Clinician appointments every other month, like in the Clinician-only Plan, to track your progress & care;

Also includes:
Nutritional Practitioner appointments every other month to support your nutrition plan;
Fertility Coach appointments monthly.​​
Clinician
Work with a Clinician to get your hormones into optimal ranges for fertility and to treat any underlying health conditions which may be impacting your fertility.
