While these conditions may affect reproductive function, the impact varies depending on the individual and severity of the condition.

At My Fertility Labs, we help identify which of these factors may be affecting you and create a care plan to address them wherever possible.

No referral is required. You can book your first Discovery Call directly with us and begin your care journey without any waiting or external approvals.

If additional testing or specialist care is recommended, your clinician will coordinate referrals to trusted providers. We work closely with you to ensure you receive the right care at each step of your journey.

We support a wide range of fertility journeys, but our services may not be the right fit for everyone. We do not offer assisted reproductive technologies (ART) such as IVF, IUI, egg retrieval, or donor services.

We also do not provide surgical care for structural conditions like blocked fallopian tubes, missing or surgically altered reproductive organs, or ovarian cysts that require removal. In these cases — or when severe sperm or egg quality issues are involved — IVF or specialist care may be more appropriate.

If we identify a concern outside our scope, we’ll provide you with a referral to a trusted medical provider. Our goal is to ensure you receive the care you need — even if it’s outside of My Fertility Labs.

That said, many people struggling to conceive haven’t yet explored underlying hormonal, metabolic, or lifestyle-related causes. That’s where we come in.

Our approach is ideal for those who:

• Are trying to conceive naturally or preparing for ART

• Suspect hormonal or metabolic imbalances (e.g. PCOS, thyroid issues, cycle irregularities)

• Want a comprehensive, non-invasive approach focused on lifestyle, nutrition, and hormone optimization

• Have been told “everything looks normal” but still haven’t conceived

• Are seeking clarity, support, and answers beyond basic testing

While no fertility treatment can guarantee pregnancy, our goal is to give your body the best possible conditions for conception. By identifying and addressing underlying factors, optimizing hormone levels, and supporting overall reproductive health, we help improve your body’s readiness to conceive naturally.

Every patient’s journey is different, but getting hormones into optimal ranges and lifestyle changes often takes several months. Patients may stay in care for at least 6 months to a year to allow time for meaningful progress, adjustments, and ongoing support.

We offer personalized, wellness-based support to help you understand and optimize factors that may affect your fertility. Some of our providers, such as Nurse Practitioners, are licensed to conduct diagnostic reviews, order labs, and prescribe treatment (e.g., for hormone balance). Our team also includes clinicians trained in Restorative Reproductive Medicine. While we aim to support your reproductive wellness, we do not replace your primary care provider or provide emergency medical care, nor do we guarantee pregnancy outcomes.
