This assessment with your Clinician is required before enrolling in Monthly Follow-Up Care. It ensures your Clinician has the full clinical picture to support you through every stage of your journey.

Included Appointments1. Initial Clinician Consultation (1 hour) 
A thorough review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and menstrual patterns. Your Clinician will order lab requisitions as needed to assess hormones, thyroid function, and other fertility markers.

We recommend booking this appointment early, ideally after charting at least one cycle.
You may wish to book a separate 1-hour Fertility Doula Coaching session beforehand. Many clients find it helpful for learning how to chart their cycle and time their labwork effectively.

2. Fertility Doula 15-Min Labwork Support Call 
Need help figuring out when to do your bloodwork?
Book a complimentary 15-minute session with a Fertility Doula to ensure your labs are timed correctly within your cycle.

3. Follow-Up Clinician Consult (30 min)
Once your charting and lab results are complete, you’ll reconnect with your Clinician to review your findings in detail. You’ll receive a personalized interpretation of your hormone levels and fertility markers, along with a care plan that may include prescriptions, supplements, or referrals.
